Choosing the right mortgage can be a bit of a minefield, there's so much on offer, and our customers need help in getting the one that best suits them. We meet our customers in a branch or local business centre, find out what their needs are and offer them a mortgage that fits.
It's not a typical nine-to-five desk job and will require you to manage your own schedule. It will also require you to drive your own sales and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Managing your own diary, you'll generate business through referrals, conduct customer meetings and advise on product needs. Proactivity is key, as the self generation of leads is a large part of the role. You must also have excellent communication skills to establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers. Proven sales experience is essential, as are strong interviewing skills and knowledge of the mortgage process. You'll already have passed CeMap 1, and be focused on becoming fully qualified in the near future.
