Put simply, you'll convert new business proposals into bottom line income. How exactly you go about doing that is up to you (we also believe in the freedom to be entrepreneurial); but we'll broadly expect you to work within a specific region where you'll interact with Business Intermediaries, local Movers and Shakers and professional bodies to secure business referrals, which you'll then pass on to our Business Managers. Undoubtedly, this will mean developing a network of intermediary relationships within the local business community. However, it'll be your sales skills, tenacity and ability to spot an opening that will make it all happen. Of course, that will be down to the way you secure leads, build relationships, understand customers and tailor potential solutions to their specific needs. That will depend upon the bedrock of financial knowledge and background in targeted sales that underpin your expertise.
