Customer Service Officers (On Call Working)

RBS endeavours to make every single one of our customers' pennies go as far as they possibly can. Always happy to engage on a one-to-one level with our customers, we offer advice on how to make the most of their money, suggest specific RBS products that will work for the individual, and provide the best service no matter how small or large the transaction.

And that's true of everything we do from the smallest cash transaction to the largest financial matters. Here, we're never happy unless our customers are thoroughly delighted.

Our branches get very busy from time to time and so do our customer service officers. That's why we need people with outstanding customer service skills to cover busy periods and work, on a flexible basis, for us all year round.

And, to make it even easier for you to join the team, we'll even fit your hours around your lifestyle and studies. All you need is some experience of giving great customer service.
