Customer Service Officers

Have you got at least 12 months' customer service experience? Proven ability to hit sales targets? And the kind of confident and helpful personality that really shines through? Then you've got exactly what it takes to be the first point of contact for customers walking into our branches. Working face-to-face with customers each day, you'll deal with everything from simple cash transactions to handling enquiries at reception. Asking questions and listening carefully, you'll use your excellent knowledge of our products to identify services that will save our customers money, make them money or make their life easier.

What will count most is your real commitment to putting the customer first. Everything else follows from there - willingness to go the extra mile, flexibility, determination and a refusal to settle for second best. And if you've got all those qualities, you definitely won't find it hard to achieve your sales targets that go along with the role. Add to this a knack for building great customer relationships and for team working and you've got the full picture.
