Customer Advisers

Customer Advisers loans, savings, mortgages - the more of our services our customers use the harder their money works for them. And the harder it works, the better off they become. Meeting branch customers face-to-face, you'll review and upgrade their accounts, discuss their needs and advise them on what is right for them. And, as well as contributing to the success of the branch, you'll be recognised for your success, whilst the career progression opportunities are second to none.

Of course, working in a sales environment means there are always challenging goals to aim for and also a bit of friendly competition. Every time you sell a loan or life cover, process a mortgage application, get someone to apply for a credit card or book an appointment for a Financial Planning Manager, you'll receive points towards your own weekly target. Self-generated appointments will also earn you points, as will carrying out your targeted number of customer reviews.

Upbeat, proactive and highly motivated, you have persuasive communication skills and are always looking for ways of further improving the service you provide. Put simply, If you're from a customer service or sales background and looking to develop a lucrative career in the banking field, you've come to the right place.
