Area Manager
Within the Area Manager role you will oversee the day-to-day performance in the business, inspiring staff by setting clear objectives and creating an atmosphere in which everyone feels able to succeed. Ultimately, through coaching and business planning, you help your area colleagues achieve their goals.
Working in RBS, NatWest, Business, Mortgages or Private your abilities as an effective communicator will be key as will be your service & targeted sales experience.
You will identify and develop new business opportunities and address performance related issues positively and effectively. You will also have a workable amount of staff to manage, which means plenty of time to forge good working relationships with colleagues. Rather than just being an extension number or email address, you will talk to people face-to-face and really get things done.
